My name is Adrian Gonzalez and I am a student at the University of Michigan. I'm currently studying ecology and environmental studies with a minor in writing. using my background in both scientific research and writing I decided to create this blog based on a research project I had done recently in the coffee industry. I decided to take the basis of the project and build on it to create this blog. here, I center on science-based stories in the coffee industry and turn them into engaging articles.
